Next is the production process:

Long aluminium is extruded from special machines.

In order to facilitate production, the raw material of aluminium is slightly soft, otherwise it will damage the mould and machine.

Then, the quality inspectors inspect the aluminium profile and cut it；

Subsequently, the worker will cut the profile into sections according to the drawings， next is drilling the screw hole, next is After anodizing, next the rings were finished .

The advantage of this product is that it is very cheap. Compared with CNC, it lacks precision processing and costs only one tenth or less of its cost. However, the accuracy of such products is insufficient, the dimension tolerance is about +0.05 mm or +0.2mm; and there are quite a few rings with stress distortion problems.
